Today, due to the stress of our daily life, home delivery is increasingly in demand. But the truth is that with this type of service it is easy to risk receiving the typical fast menu of dubious quality.
However, on many special occasions it is sought to get a more artisanal meal, with good ingredients and advanced techniques. This is the case of small parties at home to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or gatherings between friends.
But it may also be required at meetings between senior managers or international businesses, where there is little time to eat out and a mid-high level meal is required.

We will start with the Iberian pork with sweet and sour sauce. Traditionally, sweet and sour pork is a dish that we quickly associate with junk food. It is really a typical Hong Kong dish, and one of the most popular there. This is because its bittersweet flavor whets the appetite, as well as the crisp texture of the light pork batter. This delicious combination has conquered stomachs from all over the world.
Its preparation is a ritual, which almost needs a short course. From how to select and cut the meat, with what flour to coat it, how to fry to make it crispier and lighter, to the preparation of natural sweet and sour sauce … This dish is the essence of Hong Kong’s gastronomic culture, that’s why we want to have it in our menu.
For THE ONE, the key to home delivery is to preserve the highest quality of dishes without changing the texture and flavor. For this reason, we have designed dishes created and experienced especially to save their properties and enjoy the dish.
An example of this is our selection of meat stews / stews, such as pork ribs, duck and free-range chicken. They are elaborations that take a long time to cook, but are perfectly preserved until the home. We follow traditional recipes that last over time: casserole preparations over low heat that take a long time to form sauces and stew meats, with a lot of patience, as in ancient times … What grandmothers did at home, a custom that has been lost nowadays.
