OMAKASE
Omakase Omakase is a Japanese word meaning «custom» or «protection»
Client restaurant, usually require the Chef “please” or “if you please” … He says his tastes or predilections and this gesture or application, gives the authority to the chef to prepare what this choice.
Requests of the type “Omakase” can be a gamble to trust the chef. Thus, the client usually receives the food of the highest quality. Not all restaurants offer Omakase and ask advised only in well – known restaurants.
